La Familia Gamache has been teaching children ages 5 to 13 in the Daytona Beach, Florida area for the past several years. We have taught over 300 elementary aged children in after school programs. We have developed the La Clase Divertida video curriculum while teaching these classes. We know that our program works because we have seen the children use the language with native speakers, and have had countless parents and schools tell us how much their children enjoy and look forward to coming to Spanish Class.

Dale Gamache has been a public school teacher in Volusia County for over 25 years. He served as the county’s Foreign Language President for two years. (He was also a past speaker for the State of Florida’s Foreign Language Teachers Convention). He first began his teaching career in the elementary school and helped to develop the FLES (Foreign Language in the Elementary School) Program for Volusia County. He currently teaches at Seabreeze High School in Daytona Beach.

Our daughter Erin graduated in May 2008 after 12 years of home schooling, and is currently attending college in Lakeland Florida and helping to train her horse Rock. Her formal academic training began in the home at age 6. Some of our current Spanish students in La Clase Divertida are homeschoolers, and we strongly believe in the heart and purpose of the homeschool environment, as well as the heart and purpose of the private Christian School.

We believe that families and schools that are looking for a Spanish Curriculum for their foreign language program will greatly enjoy our Spanish curriculum. It has been proven to work and it has been proven to be fun!! That is why we call our classes and video curriculum...La Clase Divertida (The Fun Class!)
